About the event
This healing workshop invites participants to gently reconnect with their bodies as safe, sovereign spaces—through breath, mindful movement, and embodied awareness. Together, we will explore the power of presence as a path to reclaiming our voice, our strength, and our inner wisdom.
In a supportive, judgment-free environment, you’ll be guided through grounding practices, intentional movement, and somatic tools that center your personal agency. There is no pressure to perform—only an invitation to feel, to notice, and to move at your own pace.
Through presence, we return home to ourselves.
Through movement, we remember: Our power has always been within us.
